Bellevue’s Spring District will see the addition of a new construction project next year. Security Properties has plans for a 316-unit apartment complex on 2.5 acres. Neither Security Properties nor Wright Runstad & Co., the Seattle-based developer behind the Spring District, disclosed the amount it sold for. By this time next year, the project hopes to be underway.
