Banner Bank and bank Assistant Vice President/Income Property Lender Todd Hull were recently nominated Associate Member of the Year by the Rental Housing Association (RHA) of Puget Sound.

Hull, who works out of Banner Bank’s Bellevue Corporate Real Estate Loan Center, received the award at RHA’s Annual Gathering Meeting, held at the Museum of Flight on Oct. 22. He was also recently re-selected for his fourth term as the RHA Chair of the Associates Committee and will continue to represent Banner Bank to the more than 4,000 RHA members through December of 2010.

“We are all immensely proud of Todd and honored to receive the Associate Member of the Year award from the RHA,” said Banner Bank Executive Vice President/Real Estate Lending Manager Doug Bennett. “Todd’s efforts and experience working with the RHA have and will continue to benefit both our company and our customers in the Seattle area and beyond.”

With more than 4,000 members, the RHA of Puget Sound is the largest association of rental housing owners in Washington state.

Hull has over 18 years of lending experience and has been an employee of Banner Bank since 2003. Since he joined Banner Bank, he has been very active in his community. Currently, he serves as Chair of the Associates Committee for the RHA of Puget Sound and as an Associate Member of the RHA of Puget Sound. A graduate of Washington State University, Hull received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics.
