Bellevue 520 Bar & Grill owners Joseph and Randi Brazen have tapped into the Lincoln Square Expansion, with plans to open a new restaurant inside the development under construction.

The Brazens announced Monday their new concept for a bar and restaurant inside the Lincoln Square expansion will play off the success of 520 — named “Best Casual Meeting Place” by the Bellevue Downtown Association for seven years — while adopting the style of the Expansion and W Hotel, set to open in late 2016.

“The 520 Bar and Grill reflects the character of Main Street’s diverse neighborhood,” said Joseph Brazen in a statement. “Our new concept in the Lincoln Square Expansion location will capture that same flavor but its design and vibe will take into consideration the worldwide travelers, upscale shoppers and guests as well as the young, vibrant nightlight that is now prevalent in downtown Bellevue.”

The couple is still working out a name and final details of the restaurant, and expects more information to come about in the coming months.
