Kip Durrell and Jeff Jochums have joined CBRE as Senior Vice Presidents along with teammates Justin Johnson as a Senior Associate and Ashleigh Sundet as an Associate. The four-person team will be based in the Bellevue office.

Both Durrell and Jochums have been consistent Top 5 producers during their 7-year stint at Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce.

With over 21 years of experience, Durrell has worked with some of the region’s top tenants, including Wells Fargo, General Electric, Ignition Partners, Berntson Porter and Company, and Puget Sound Energy.

Most recently, Durrell was with Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce where he specialized in office and high technology leasing and sales. He started his career with Pacific Real Estate Partners in 1993 and became a Principal in 1997. Mr. Durrell graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in Communications.

Jochums has been working in commercial real estate for over 17 years. Most recently, he was at Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce where he worked on the same team as Durrell. Jochums has been instrumental in closing office transactions on behalf of major tenants including Expedia, University of Washington, Inrix, Citrix Systems, and Proctor & Gamble.

He began his career with Colliers International in 1995 and was a graduate of the University of Washington with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science.

Both Johnson and Sundet were a part of the tenant representation team at Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce working with the team’s broad base of clients in the greater Puget Sound area. Johnson began his career at Broderick Group and graduated with a B.S. in Geography from Central Washington University. Sundet began her career with Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce in 2006 and graduated from The Evergreen State College with a degree in Psychology.
