Deutsch Telekom, the parent company of T-Mobile USA, is considering an initial public offering for the Bellevue-based mobile-telephone company, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.

The German company will also consider spinning T-Mobile off into a separate entity or merging it with another U.S. carrier, the report said.

Deutsch Telekom will decide on a plan within two months, the Journal said.
