The Effectiveness Institute has formed a partnership with Key Consulting of Beijing, China. The deal designates Key Consulting, a leadership and organizational development firm whose clients include Hewlett Packard, Oracle, Nokia, Bayer and Coca-Cola, as the exclusive distributor and facilitator of People Skills and Behavior Styles program in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

The partnership is the first of many international partnerships that Effectiveness Institute plans to create over the next few years.
