Hyman, Daneshfarnia win in design contest

Amanda Hyman of JPC Architects in Bellevue was awarded first place in the Commercial Category at the 14th Annual Northwest Design Awards Competition. Also, Yalda Daneshfarnia of Bellevue College won first place in the Student Design Category.

 

Amanda Hyman of JPC Architects in Bellevue was awarded first place in the Commercial Category at the 14th Annual Northwest Design Awards Competition.

Also, Yalda Daneshfarnia of Bellevue College won first place in the Student Design Category.

Designers, architects and students competed with projects in 14 competition categories. A panel of West Coast industry experts evaluated submissions through an anonymous process, measuring each project on the basis of proportion, composition, use of space, materials and appropriateness of the design solution.
