King County Executive Dow Constantine will be the featured speaker at the Bellevue Downtown Association’s April 26 breakfast meeting from 7:30-9 a.m. at the Westin Bellevue.

He will address major infrastructure priorities and the need for enhanced regional cooperation to support the growth and success of urban centers countywide. The event is open to the public; $30 BDA member/student, $40 nonmember. Advance registration is required at www.bellevuedowntown.org, or 425-453-1223. The Westin is located at 601 Bellevue Way NE.
