lululemon athletica, a yoga-inspired athletic apparel company, will open its first young adult clothing store, ivivva athletica, in the Bellevue Square Mall on Aug. 15. The store carries a line of dance-inspired, cross-functional athletic apparel.

It is the first full retail store in the U.S. for the apparel company.

The concept for ivivva athletica was created based on feedback from guests who wanted athletic garments for a younger age group using the same fabrics, technical design features and colors for which lululemon is known. ivivva products are designed for athletic pursuits such as dance and gymnastics, as well as for all-day versatility.

The store opens at 9:30 a.m. The store will host a dance party on Aug. 24.

The store is located at 575 Bellevue Square.
