Milano Apartments and Town Homes has opened 13 units in phase one of its luxury 28-unit rental project. Another 15 units will open through the end of the year. The complex is being built at the southwest corner of Northeast Eighth Street and 124th Avenue Northeast in Bellevue.

The town homes are three- and four-bedroom units with private 2-4 car garages and fenced back yards. Rentals start of $3,000 a month.

Other amenities include private driveway, decks and patios, central air conditioning, gas cooking and heating appliances, 10- to 13-foot ceilings in the living areas, closed circuit surveillance cameras and landscaping service.
