Patti Murphy has joined Realty Executives Evergreen in Factoria.
Murphy became a real estate sales agent in 2002 and practiced in the North Bend and Snoqualmie Pass areas while living in Hyak at Snoqualmie Pass.
She recently received the 2008 Five Star Real Estate Agent designation for Seattle area realtors.
Julie Eisenhauer has been promoted to the position of principal of Clark Nuber effective January 1, 2009.
Eisenhauer is a CPA and a member of both the Washington and American Societies of Certified Public Accountants. She is a member of the Construction Real Estate Women in Seattle organization and a board member of the Rainbow Lodge.
Cris Nelson has joined John L. Scott Real Estate as the new sales manager at the company’s Bellevue Main office located at 11040 Main Street in downtown Bellevue.
Nelson brings 22 years of real estate experience to her new position where she will help manage the Bellevue Main branch’s daily operations while supporting the office’s 91 sales associates. For the past seven years, Nelson has served as assistant manager at Windermere Real Estate’s East Bellevue office.

Matthews named to Winner’s Circle
Michael Matthews, senior vice president of investments at UBS Financial Services, has been named to Barron’s/Winner’s Circle Top-1000 Advisers List.
Matthews joined the firm in 1984. He focuses his efforts on retirement planning, financial counseling and assisting clients in the management of $400 million in assets.
