Ryan T. Fleming has received Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company’s Financial Professional of the Year Award. The award is the most distinguished award that a producer can receive from the company and it recognizes individuals for their commitment to continuing education and a high standard of ethics and performance in helping clients achieve financial security.

Fleming is a financial advisor with Pacific Capital Resource Group, Penn Mutual’s career agency in Bellevue.

Jason Filippini, CPA, recently joined LeMaster Daniels as a manager in the firm’s Bellevue office. Filippini previously worked for Clothier & Head and has 15 years experience in public and private accounting. He is an expert in multiple industries including manufacturing and distribution, hospitality, governmental, and not-for-profit. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from California State University.

Richard Tedrow recently joined LeMaster Daniels as a supervisor in the Bellevue office. Tedrow has two decades of experience in the tax and accounting profession, with knowledge pertaining to Washington State excise tax laws and rules. He has previous experience with the State Department of Revenue, state and local tax, and most recently with the State Auditor’s office. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Western Washington University.

Laurie Fulton has been appointed a Trustee of the Pacific Northwest Section of the American Water Works Association (PNWS-AWWA).

Fulton is a principle engineer for Roth Hill Engineering Partners of Bellevue. She assumed her new position May 8 and sits for a two year term ending May 2011.

Fulton has 25 years of experience, primarily focused on management of water and sewer capital and planning projects. She is a senior advisor in the role of district and city engineer and has recently managed a new citywide vacuum sewer system for the city of Carnation.
