Bellevue’s Parlor has opened its Lincoln Square facility to a wider range of ages during some hours and days and added to its food and beverage menu.
The Parlor now is an all ages facility daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Thursdays will be “College Night” for those 18 and over until 10 a.m. In addition, billiards now is free on Sundays after 7 p.m.
Executive Chef Alfredo Gancias, who opened the Parlor in 2005, has returned to add more than 15 new items at the comedy club, nightclub and billiards facility.
“You don’t think of fine dining options when you talk about comedy clubs and pool halls, even the upscale venues like ours,” Gancias said. “We’re trying to change that perception. The new items have been very well received.”
Included in the offerings are Smoked Salmon Lox and Teriyaki Beef Bites. They join longtime staples like Kobe Beef Sliders and the Prawn Street Tacos
“I think there would be upheaval in the streets of Bellevue if we took those off the menu,” Gancias joked.
The Parlor was recently voted the “Best Happy Hour” in Bellevue by the Bellevue Downtown Association’s Haute Picks 2013. The Happy Hour is offered daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. to close Monday through Wednesday and all day on Sunday and Thursday.
