Quadrant Homes plans to raze a triplex on the 16000 block of Northeast 12th Place in the Crossroads neighborhood to replaced by 18 townhomes for its Viscaia Condominiums project.

According to the city’s Weekly Permit Bulletin, Quadrant proposes to construct the 18 attached townhomes in six buildings at 16233 N.E. 12th Place. Demolishing the existing triplex is expected to occur in June, with construction starting in September. Home sales are slated to begin in fall 2015 or winter 2016.
