R. Scott Adams of Bellevue was recognized as the Appraisal Institute’s May “Volunteer of Distinction” for Region I.

The Appraisal Institute is the nation’s largest organization of real estate appraisers; Region I includes Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Northern California, Northern Nevada, Oregon, Washington State, and Alberta and British Columbia in Canada. Adams is a member of the Appraisal Institute’s Seattle Chapter.

Adams has been a member of the Appraisal Institute for more than 20 years.
