Sam Schuyler has joined KBA as a project manager in its Bellevue office. Schuyler has 36 years of transportation experience and recently retired from Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) after a successful 30-year career. His most recent position was WSDOT assistant local programs engineer in the Northwest Region, responsible for management of all FHWA funded local agency projects primarily in Snohomish and North King counties.
