Longtime Eastside Realtor Kathy Shumaker has been named manager of Brazen Sotheby’s International Realty Bellevue Main Street office.

Shumaker, a 15-year residential real estate veteran, previously served as a manager of Coldwell Banker Bain Associate’s Mercer Island office and an agent in the company’s Redmond office. In her new position, she will run the day-to-day operations of Brazen’s Bellevue office as well as take a leading role in recruitment and expansion plans.

Last month, Brazen Real Estate joined the Sotheby’s International Realty’s luxury real estate network as Sotheby’s first venture in Washington state. Like Brazen, Sotheby’s is known as a leading brokerage of unique and exclusive high-end properties.
