The Target Corporation has its sights set on constructing a new 150,000-square-foot store on a five-acre site at the southeast corner of 116th Avenue Northeast and Northeast Fourth Street in Bellevue.

A design has been submitted with the city for review, which includes an entry lobby, 90,000 square feet of parking and 15,000 square feet for another retail tenant at street level. The second level would also be used for 105,000 square feet of parking with the actual retail store on the third level.

A Target public relations representative responded to a request by the Reporter for more information by email stating she has no “information to share regarding a potential new store in Bellevue.”
