Tim Smith has joined the Bellevue office leasing team of Colliers International as a senior vice president. Smith has nearly 13 years of experience in the Puget Sound commercial real estate market and has negotiated more than one million square feet of office deals.

Colliers International has more than 15,000 professionals operating out of 480 offices in 61 countries.
