Walmart will hire approximately 125 associates for its new store located at the Factoria Mall. The 76,000-square-foot store, slated to open late October, will offer a full range of general merchandise and expanded food consisting of frozen selections, deli meats and fresh produce.

A temporary hiring center is open and located at 15650 NE 24th Street, Suite A, in Bellevue, about six miles from the planned store. It is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Interested applicants can apply online at careers.walmart.com, or at the in-store kiosks within existing Walmart locations.

Paul Cox has been named store manager for the new store. He will direct operations, performance and customer experience. He added that Walmart is seeking both both full- and part-time positions. As of April 30, the average full-time hourly wage for Associates in Washington is $12.93.
