As seen in the news, a Marine, at attention, salutes his Commander in Chief, as the president exits the presidential helicopter. All the Marine gets in return is a Latte motioned in his direction – no other acknowledgement that the Marine is even there.
I realize that all presidents have not given a proper military salutes, but anything less is total disrespect towards a young man and the uniformed services he represents.
