I could not disagree more with Steve Bentler (“Rep. Joe Wilson deserves support,” September 15). Rep. Wilson did not show “courage” when he heckled President Obama. A presidential address is not the place to “speak out” on behalf of frustrated Americans.

Rep. Wilson does not represent me or the majority of Americans who agree that he deserved to be rebuked.
