I think the people of Issaquah and Sammamish will be disappointed to realize that after paying so much money for ST3, they won’t have good light rail service to Seattle.

To ride light rail from Issaquah to Seattle, you will need to transfer trains at Main Street in Bellevue. This will take more time than a bus ride.

The bus service will also be compromised because there will only be one HOV lane and the Seattle bus tunnel will be for trains only.

I don’t see how Sound Transit can claim this is what the people want?
