Regarding the story, “Investigator clears two council members of conflict of interest suspicions,” if found in violation, Council Member Kevin Wallace should reimburse the city for the $49,500 and any additional taxpayer money spent on investigating him much like a guilty party reimburses the opposition for lawyer and court fees.
