The extensive Lake Hills Neighborhood has a unique voice with the East Bellevue Community Council. While Neighborhood Associations can come and go, the EBCC give the area between NE 8th, SE 28, 140th and 156th a legal voice in what happens in its jurisdiction. In recent years under Steve Kasner’s non-partisan, win-win, organized, enthusiastic leadership, Lake Hills has become a more enjoyable place for all its constituents From road and shopping center improvements, to zoning ordinances, the EBCC has been a voice for making projects work for the neighbors, neighborhoods, the community AND the entities who plan the developments.
