Bellevue singer Brenda Kutz White, whose “Christmas in the Northwest” has become a local holiday standard, will perform Saturday, Dec. 13 in a benefit concert for Seattle Children’s Hospital.
White will sing at 7 p.m. at Lake Sammamish Foursquare Church, 14434 N.E. Eighth St., Bellevue. Also scheduled to perform in the concert of traditional and original Christmas and inspirational music are Bellevue residents Dave Irish and Troy Smith, and Brandon Bee.
White’s signature song has become the title of a series of fundraising events and CDs for Seattle Children’s Hospital.
She has performed with Ray Charles and Kenny G, won a regional Emmy Award for the score of the television movie “Choices” and recorded two CDs.
Irish recently released his 11th CD, “Life is Fragile.” Smith released his debut CD, “O My Soul,” earlier this year.
Admission is free. Donations will be accepted for Seattle Children’s Hospital.
