The Eastside Jazz Club will present its annual Jazz Extravaganza concert Sunday, Oct. 25 at Sherman Clay Pianos in Bellevue.
The event, Number 5, will feature jazz vocalist Jackie Ryan. Her latest CD “Doozy” has been the #1 jazz CD in America for six weeks.
In addition the show will feature Sam Pannunzio and his trio. Appearing for the first time in Seattle since he left here 20 years ago, Pannunzio will play a mixture of Bill Evans, Keith Jarrett and Chick Corea on Sherman Clay’s 9-foot Steinway. He will be joined by Seattle’s premier Saxophone player Rich Cole.
This year’s extravaganza will feature two shows and are expected to sell out.
The Concerts will be presented in the Sherman Clay Recital Room where the acoustics are impressive – comfortable seating, outstanding Steinway Pianos and free parking.
