Norway’s most distinguished contemporary landscape painter, Ørnulf Opdahl, will bring more than 30 of his newest works to the Nordic Heritage Museum in Seattle this month. The exhibition, “Ørnulf Opdahl: Mood Paintings of the North,” will run from June 28 to Sept, 1. Opdahl also will give an artist talk on Saturday, June 29.
Opdahl lives and works on the island of Godøy, off the dramatic west coast of Norway, and is inspired by the landscape of the Sunmøre Mountains and numerous fjords.
