Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar’s trio of experts will discuss their recent activities on the wine circuit over the past year.
From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, instructors Erik Liedholm, Shayn Bjornholm and Lars Ryssdal will pour the wines sampled on their travels. The evening will include sipping as well as learning about wine, objective tasting techniques and food and wine pairing.
Cost for the class is $80 (plus tax). Reservations are required and space is limited.
