The Bellevue Downtown Association announced 2009 Haute Picks – The Best of Downtown Bellevue, a collection of places to go and things to do. The list ranges from restaurants, happy hours, coffee houses and the best place for a first date.

Online votes and paper ballots were received from Feb. 27 to April 3 in 19 categories as part of the BDA’s seventh annual “best of downtown” competition.
