Same-day health care in Kirkland is now more accessible than ever. UW Medicine Urgent Care is now open at 620 Kirkland Way, near the Kirkland Urban.

The clinic provides treatment for minor illnesses and injuries that require same-day attention but do not require a visit to the emergency room. It’s staffed by UW Medicine doctors, nurses and physician assistants who can refer you to specialists or emergency services when necessary.

Urgent Care that coordinates with primary care

This new urgent care clinic expands UW Medicine’s commitment to providing high-quality health care to Kirkland and Eastside communities. Located on the first floor of the Kirkland Primary Care clinic, it can address your health needs quickly while maintaining continuity with your primary care provider.

Health care for the unexpected, from itchy eyes to UTIs

UW Medicine Urgent Care offers a wide range of treatment for unexpected health needs for new and existing patients. The urgent care services are coordinated with your primary care provider. It can provide care to patients from two months old and up, providing quick and efficient care for:

  • Allergies
  • Respiratory symptoms (including RSV and flu)
  • Ear or sinus pain
  • Fever
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Pink eye, styes
  • Sexually transmitted infection screening & treatment
  • Skin concerns (rashes, insect bites, small cuts or burns)
  • Sprains, strains, minor fractures
  • Stomach issues (nausea, diarrhea, heartburn)
  • Urinary discomfort
  • Wheezing, mild asthma attacks
  • Work injury (opening L&I claims)

Parents with infants or children younger than two months old should contact their child’s primary care for urgent care recommendations.

In addition, laboratory and radiology services are available on-site so patients have immediate access to diagnostic tools.

Conveniently located

UW Medicine Urgent Care at Kirkland is located on the corner of 620 Kirkland Way and free parking is available. In-person appointments are available during clinic hours:

  • Monday through Friday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
