Fifth-six students at Bellevue’s International School have earned the designation of AP Scholar by the College Board.
Four students qualified for the National AP Scholar award by earning an average grade of 4 or higher on a 5-point scale on all AP exams taken and grades of 4 or higher on eight or more of these exams. They are Steven Ambo, Logan Gowdey, Katie Nelson and Yexuan (Leo) Zhang.
Sixteen students qualified for the AP Scholar with Distinction Award by earning an average grade of at 3.5 on all AP exams taken and grades of 3 or higher on five or more of the exams.
They are Megan Addison, Steven Ambo, Sofia Babaeva, Vanessa Dopker, Logan Gowdey, Kevin Huang, Sasha Iov, Jonathan Matson, Katie Nelson, Kevin (Jun) Nelson, Konstantin Petrov, Andrea Rodgers, Maia Szafer, Robert (Max) Vrooman, Sophia Welti and Zeo Zhang.
Fifteen students qualified for the AP Scholar with Honor Award by earning an average grade of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken and grades of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.
They are Danica Brustkern, Stephen Coyle, Patrick Daly, Philip de Sa e Silva, Sarah Egler, Leah Fantle, John Kelly, Paul Malmsten, Elizabeth Montague, Emile Nelson, Allison Reeder, Annette (Mariko) Seilie, Jessica Smith, Scott Spencer and Erik Wells-Thulin.
Twenty-four students qualified for the AP Scholar Award by competing three or more AP exams with grades of 3 or higher. They are George Avtandilov, Kyle Baldock, Jessica Bennett,Timothy, Burago, Jared Cassidy, Leon Cheung, Andrew Ellis, Alexandra Goodman, Matthew Hansen, Danee Hidano, Ian Hovander, Dandi Huang, Sarah Iskra, Parisa Khalighi, Eleanor Lutz, Alessandro Regio, Chelsea Reiss, Andrew Robinson, Jennifer Sitthi, Catherine Sturtevant, Anthony Trinh, Emma Versdahl, Sunny Yeung and Alan Zhu.
