People will have a chance to “Walk the Red Carpet for Seattle Children’s Hospital” on March 7 at the Lincoln Square Cinemas.

The event, an Academy Awards viewing party, will allow participants to view the 82nd annual Academy Awards on a large screen while enjoying fine wines and hearty hors d’oeuvres. The event will feature a silent auction filled items such as date night packages at plush hotels and restaurants, jewelry, art and movie memorabilia.

The party gets started at 4 p.m. allowing guests to view the red carpet activities as the movie stars arrive at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles followed by the live broadcast of the Academy Awards. Tickets are $50 per person and guests must be 21 years of age or older. Dress is cocktail attire.
