Aegis Living has announced is due to open its newest senior-living community on Feb. 13 in Bellevue.

The residence – located at 148 102nd Ave. SE, just off Main Street in Old Bellevue – will be the company’s 14th in the Puget Sound region, and its 34th overall.

The group home will offer 68 assisted-living apartments and 18 additional units to serve people with memory-care issues.

Aegis purchased the property for its Bellevue location in August 2008.
