Andrew’s Glen, providing 40 affordable housing residences for homeless veterans and low-income people are now available in Bellevue.

Andrew’s Glen is the newest affordable housing development of Imagine Housing and its affiliate, Red Vines 1, and as the 11th property, creates a total of 365 units of housing in East King County.

The housing units include studios, as well as one-and-two bedrooms.

In addition to providing affordable housing, Andrew’s Glen will offer supportive services to the residents.

Three on-site resident support specialists are available to support and meet the needs of veterans and other people transitioning from homelessness. In addition, Imagine Housing is partnering with an array of local nonprofit providers to provide services such as case management, care coordination, coaching, financial and life skill development, job training and referrals for other community services.

Partners include Congregations for the Homeless, The Sophia Way, Hopelink, Friends of Youth, Eastside Domestic Violence Program, and the YWCA.
