Ashley MacLean graduates from Columbia University

Ashley MacLean, a 2007 International School alumna, graduated this May from Columbia University with a major in economics and a concentration in sustainable development.

Ashley MacLean, a 2007 International School alumna, graduated this May from Columbia University with a major in economics and a concentration in sustainable development.

She competed on the varsity women’s swimming and diving team for four years, was on the executive board of the student-athlete advisory committee, and won the Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Award for her community service activities and involvement on campus.

After an internship at the Columbia Earth Institute studying the source of ground water contamination and her work at THiNKGREEN Global Advisors, an environmentally conscious investing firm, she has secured a position in Equity Derivatives Marketing at J.P. Morgan investment bank and will be staying in New York.
