Evergreen Beauty College (formally Bellevue Beauty School) will host “Beauty on a Budget” at 3 p.m. Friday, April 17 to show people how to look good in a struggling economy.

The college is partnering in the event with Goodwill and Salon SEVEN.

In addition, free classes and give-aways will be offered on Thursday, April 16 and Friday, April 17.
