Should Bellevue City Council approve a rezone on the 13000 block of Northeast Eighth Street, the Bellevue Apartments project could redevelop up to 15 additional housing units there.

The application filed last week by Tsai Family LLC is to change the zoning at 13902 N.E. Eighth St., from office to multi-family high residential. The minimum comment period ends March 20 and a public meeting is set for 4 p.m. March 27 at City Hall, 450 110th Ave. N.E.
