Bellevue Christian School students will continue their schedule of performances for “Fiddler on the Roof” 7:30 p.m. tonight at the Clyde Hill Greene Commons Stage.
“As we experience the confrontations and challenges in Fiddler on the Roof, consider that this distinctly Jewish experience touches on life experience for many of us,” said director Mark Ramquist in a news release. “For a few hours, we accept Tevye’s invitation to become part of Anatevka, part of the circle of Jewish families … Together we’ll smile and laugh, sing and dance, argue and yell, weep and mourn. Together we’ll respond to the confrontations of life, and find our balance as fiddlers on the roof.”
Bellevue Christian began its four-performance production Thursday. Two more performances will take place Saturday at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
The performances are open to the public and tickets may be purchased at the door or online.
