Bellevue College sets Earth Week schedule

Bellevue College’s 12th Annual Earth Week will feature more than 30 lectures, films and panel discussions, plus displays, demonstrations and other activities. The overall theme of the event – from April 18-22 – is “Environmental and Social Justice” but there are many other topics, too. Programs are in the BC Student Union.

The week’s highlights include:

Monday, April 18, 1:30 p.m.: Fair Trade & Chocolate

Tuesday, April 19, 1:30 p.m.: Film, “Gasland”

Wednesday, April 20, 11:30 a.m.: Sustainability Careers & Jobs Panel

Thursday, April 21, 9:30 a.m.: The Globe by Bicycle
