The Bellevue Fire Department Fire Explorer took first and third place overall in the 2009 Fire Muster Competition Saturday April 25 in Skyway. This is Bellevue’s first championship in the fire muster.

Bellevue Team A – (Spencer Kast, Lucas Aguilar, Paul Young, Perry Swenson) placed first in overall, first in mass-casualty triage, first in Ropes and Knots, first in Search and Rescue and fourth in Make and Break.

Bellevue Team B – (Jon-Paul Petry, Braxton Tacbian, Richard MacGibbon, Cody Sorteberg) placed first in hydrant connection and third overall.

Bellevue Team C – (Devin Thomas, Jason Thomas and Mateo Navarro) also participated in the muster.
