A 56-year-old Bellevue man died Tuesday after he failed to navigate around a curve while eastbound on State Route 900 and collided with a guardrail. Washington State Police suspect speed and impairment were a factor.

WSP reports Andrew Leonard as the victim in the one-vehicle collision, and he is believed to have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the accident around 9:42 p.m. Tuesday on SR 900, east of 148th Street.
