The Bellevue Police Department will promote five individuals in a ceremony Wednesday.

They are:

Captain Mike Johnson will be promoted to Major of the Investigation Division

Lieutenant Tim Thibert will be promoted to a Patrol Captain

Detective Debbie Ingram will be promoted to a Patrol Lieutenant

Officer Dave Sanabria will be promoted to a Patrol Lieutenant

Officer Andrew Popochock will be promoted to Patrol Corporal

The ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. at the Bellevue City Hall Council Chambers, 450 – 110 Ave. NE.
