With the forecast calling for snow in Bellevue this weekend, the city’s transportation crews are preparing snow equipment and will be standing by for a possible response to citywide snow, followed by icy conditions into Sunday morning.

A transportation traffic signals crew also will be standing by to respond with generators in case signals go dark at intersections.

The city is advising residents to be prepared for winter driving conditions and drive carefully on snow and ice.
