This Saturday is Child Safety and Law Enforcement Appreciation Day at the Marketplace at Factoria. The first 50 children in line under 12 will receive free bicycle helmets. Helmets will run $9 after that. There will be music, games and opportunities to take photos atop a police motorcycle and for Operation Child Safe ID.The event is 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
