Overlake Hospital Medical Center will host a free seminar about women’s cardiac health from 6:30-9 p.m. on Feb. 11 at the Paccar Education Center, located on the first floor of the hospital’s west parking garage (1035 116th Avenue Northeast, Bellevue).

Heart-healthy red wine and dark chocolate will be available as cardiologists Thomas Amidon and Rachael Wyman discuss risk factors, improving odds against heart attack, and diagnostic and treatment options.

The Hope Heart Institute will be providing free blood pressure checks.
