Congressional candidate Burner to attend Bellevue Iraq meeting

An Out of Iraq town hall meeting will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on June 17 at Bellevue City Hall in the City Council chambers. The event will consist of a panel discussion about competing plans for leaving Iraq, as well as background talks on the problems of refugees and returning U.S. veterans, followed by a Q&A period. Speakers include Darcy Burner, candidate for U.S. Congress in the 8th district.
