Delores L. Magnuson, formerly of Bellevue, died Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland. She was 83.

Mrs. Magnuson was born March 7, 1926 in Hawley, Minn., to Hans and Inga Romer. On March 27, 1951 she married Wilbur Magnuson in Bellevue. They lived in Seattle and Everett before settling in Bellevue in 1964. Mrs. Magnuson worked at J.C. Penny’s as a sales associate. She retired in 1986.

She enjoyed bowling, gambling at local casinos, watching every Mariner baseball game and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter.

Survivors include her daughter, Teri (Dick) Breitenbach, of Carnation; sibling, Dwayne “Sonny” Romer of Hawley, Minn.; one grandchild, Heather Breitenbach, and a host of extended family members and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010 at Flintoft’s Issaquah Funeral Home, 540 E. Sunset Way, Issaquah, 425-392-6444. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. at Sunset Hills Memorial Park in Bellevue.
