Devin Shuman, a Bellevue High School senior, was awarded a $1,000 Washington Imagination Network Creative Problem Solving Scholarship at the Destination ImagiNation state competition held this past weekend in Wenatchee. Washington Imagination Network is a state affiliate of Destination Imagination, one of the world’s largest creative problem solving programs for youth of all ages. Devin has been involved with the program since age five.

As a team member she won numerous regional and state titles and competed at the DI Global tournament several times. This year she helped coach a DI Medina Elementary school team. Devin will be attended Smith College this fall.
