Bellevue’s Cupcake Royale will hold a do-it-yourself Valentine Cupcake Sprinkle Party from 2-4 p.m. on Tuesday.

Customers will be able to buy a naked cupcake for $3 and then step to the DIY Valentine Sprinkle Zone, frost it up with special sprinkles and give it to someone they love.

The event also will include a sweet Valentine Card.
